My apartment is on the third floor of an 8 unit building, it faces the backyard so it stays pretty quiet! I share a two bed / two bath with one other roommate who is a math teacher in Manhattan. The rooms are situated on opposite sides of the apartment so there is plenty of privacy, plus there are balconies on both sides!

The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and the bedroom and common spaces are fully furnished. There are washers and driers in the building but they're often broken, tbh.

About a 7 min walk from the Halsey L train and around some cool spots like: Father Knows Best, Bushwick Taco, Nowadays and Irving Square Park.
