Note: this is a true one bedroom. Other units in this building advertised as “2 BR” are our same layout but with a temporary wall dividing the living room. You can see it in the video taken when we first moved in (before filled with boxes!). We had the thin wall removed by landlord so we have a giant living room, as seen in the photos. In addition the loft space adds storage or even an office (how we use it).

About This Lister

My name is Sarah (she/her). I'm a tenant of this unit, I began renting in January 2022. We have renewed our lease a number of times, including recently July 1, 2025.
We didn't anticipate it then, but some life changes with my husband CJ and I are leading us to look for a unit with an additional bed room.
I have informed the Management Company (landlord) that we will be looking for someone to take over our lease starting Oct 1. I will be the one showing the space, and I work from home meaning I can accommodate most viewing schedules. We have truly enjoyed living in this apartment and will miss it; I am looking for a respectful future tenant to take over this lease and enjoy this space as much as we have these last few years.
