💸 $4,250/month — 2 Bed / 2 Bath at 115 Stanwix
Hi all, I’m Libby. My husband Zach and I have loved living in this apartment since October 2023. Now we want to move to a different (more expensive) unit in the same building, but we need to find someone to take over our lease in order to move into the different unit. But hopefully that tells you how much we love this building!
Here’s a video tour of this literal unit: https://youtu.be/IUJl7LRr-NQ?feature=shared
What You’ll Love:
🛁 2 Full Bathrooms
No more morning traffic jams — two full baths mean space, privacy, and ease. The bathtubs are incredible and the water gets hot hot hot.
🛏 2 Bedrooms
Plenty of room to create your ideal setup — whether it’s a second bedroom, home office, or creative studio. King size bed fits in both bedrooms.
🧺 Laundry in Building
No hauling laundry down the block — the machines are right downstairs in the basement, next to the building’s gym.
🏋️ Gym Access
Break a sweat on your own schedule. No membership needed.
🌇 Massive Rooftop on the 8th Floor
Take in sweeping views of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Perfect for golden hour, casual hangs, or a quiet moment above the city.
🐾 Pet-Friendly + Pet Relief Area
Yes, your four-legged roommate is welcome. There’s even a dedicated pet relief zone on the 7th floor (my chiweenies don’t leave the building).
🚗 Parking Available (for an Additional Fee)
Need a space for your car? It’s covered.
🚉 Prime Location
Just a 7-minute walk to both the Morgan Ave L and the Flushing JM lines. Just a bit farther if you want to walk to Myrtle.
🗑 Trash & Recycling on Your Floor
Convenient, low-effort waste disposal — exactly how it should be.
My name is Libby Duke and I’m head of comms at Thrive Global (I’ve worked there almost 8 years). My husband Zach Hilty is a photographer at BFA. We have 2 chiweenies (Jackpot is 5lbs and Elvis is 10lbs). We are happy to show anyone who is interested in photos of the apartment as we’ve set it up. We collect art from living artists, and crystals, so lots of good energy in this apartment!
We’ve lived here since October 2023!
I think it’s pretty simple in that anyone who is interested would be taking over the remainder of our existing lease, as soon as they want to, ideally on or around July 1. The lease term is complete on October 15, at which point you would then have the option to renew for a new one-year lease starting from that point.
We have 2 small dogs!
