Hello, we will be subletting our NY apartment from June 20 till Aug 15. End start dates can be flexible.

It is a lovely top floor, one-bedroom with cosy furniture, comfy king-size bed and one bathroom. Open kitchen. Office desk and monitor in place for remote work. AC installed for the summer.

The location is a dream: it is on 71st street and Columbus Ave, 2 mins to Central Park, subways C, 1, 2, B. Wonderful cafes, restaurants, and shops of Columbus Ave and the Lincoln Center are just around the corner. It is on a (surprisingly) quiet, charming street with free street parking. Four floors walk up building.

The rent includes help with deep cleaning once a month.
