seeking a clean, neighborly person, couple, or small (and comfortable with closeness) group of friends to look after my space while i travel for a few weeks in june / august.

- super sunny south and southwest facing 4th floor loft, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible

- comfortably sleeps 4 (one true bedroom, one lofted bed, both have extremely comfy queen avocado mattresses)

- large industrial work table, furniture for lounging, sweet sound system, simple bathroom, extremely well-stocked kitchen, WiFi, A/C, ultrashort throw projector for movies, and an eclectic library are all accessible and included

- plenty of room for creative production, yoga, dancing, cooking big dinners with friends, etc. etc.

- rooftop access one flight away, and shared backyard with trampoline, raised beds, a gazebo, dog run, and lots of space to stretch out and relax

- very close to the A/C and LIRR trains, walkable to all that beautiful bedstuy/crown heights has to offer, 20 minutes to the city

this sanctuary is my studio and home, and would love for it to be the same for someone else(s) while i'm away; available june 24 - july 14, and august 10 - august 24 with some flexibility on start and end dates

would love it if you watered the plants occasionally, but they're used to my intermittent neglect, so very low pressure!
