Hey there! Ben and I are looking for a third roommate in Prime Bushwick. It’s truly great location; the apartment is right along Maria Hernandez Park. Two blocks to the Jefferson L, less than a close to the Central M. There are tons of coffee shops, bars, restaurants around.

The room can fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser or bookshelf.

$1,075 per month + utilities + $1,133 security deposit. You’ll need to be added to the lease (proof of income and/or guarantor, etc) and you’ll have an option to renew for next April. The security deposit is $1,133 because it is 1/3 of the entire apartment's rent.

I’m 30 and I work in indie book publishing. I work from home 1-3 days a week. Ben is 26 and interns in publishing, plays in a local band, and walks dogs, so is often gone during the day. We're both are out and about fairly often but occasionally watch TV, eat together, and hang outside of the home.

We want this apartment to feel like a home, not just a place to sleep, and we’re looking for someone who feels the same and wants to create a nice environment.

We’re looking for the basics: friendly, easygoing, considerate, cleans up after yourself and contributes to the cleanliness of common spaces + purchase of basic household supplies, respectful of each other’s things, and a good communicator.
