Hi all! - Looking for someone to take over my lease in a private bedroom in a 4 bed/ 2 bath apartment in Bushwick neighborhood. Ideally someone can move in by 1/15 but open to 2/1! The lease will go to 8/1 and will have the opportunity to renew.
You would be living with three women in their 20s. This is a women only apartment so please only those identifying as female apply. There is a shared roof deck and laundry in building. Looking for someone that is considerate, clean, and communitive of any apartment needs going on.
This apartment as really served me well and will be sad to leave it, as it is such a good deal for this neighborhood!
