A cozy room on the first floor of a lovely apartment building in the heart of Bushwick. Literally on the same block as the Jefferson L stop, providing easy access to Manhattan and a number of other subway lines. Tons of great restaurants and bars in the immediate area, but still quiet at night. Nearby laundry and grocery stores, and a short walk to Maria Hernandez park.

I have one roommate who has a cat. Both are lovely, especially if you're into witchy vibes. Plenty of plants, stones, candles, and warm lighting. Roommate is a bartender and typically works late.
