take over my lease. the space has a large parking spot and a tiny parking spot, direct access from the driveway, full bathroom, hookup for kitchenette. in addition to the entry/ kitchen area, there's a main room that's 10 x 24, and a back room. Back room has 2 windows, kitchen area has a window, and there is currently a non-functioning garage door that has been sheetrocked over on the inside in the main area. Garage door can be converted to glass wall or made working again by you if you desire. I never did anything with it as I was fine with the space as-is. I am moved out, patched and painted, and the place is ready for the next tenant. not a legal live space but it has been used as a work/live in the past. I used it only as a studio
A guy who moved into a new studio, and trying to not pay rent on his old studio.
this would be a lease takeover and then you could sign a new lease with the landlord when my lease expires at the end of 2026.
