Hi there!

Looking for an unfurnished 1.5 or 2 bedroom apartment for under 3k. Additional amenities are of course a plus, but looking for lots of light, and would like to have either a W/D or outdoor space.

We have a max budget of 3000k and are pretty flexible with neighborhoods, but are looking to stay close to a bigger park, so eyeing PLG, Flatbush, Prospect South, Park Slope, Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, Prispect Heights, Greenwood, Kensington and parts of Sunset Park in particular.

I work in design and love to keep a tidy and beautiful home.

I am a born New Yorker, and my husband is Belgian. We lived in the north of Brooklyn for a few years but have most recently lived in Belgium. We’re back and looking for a spot with long term potential.

We’re calm, quiet, and quite handy people! Our last two rentals we lived above or below the landlord and come with their references.

Our cat is named Fig! He’s a tripod, and he’s very well behaved and quiet. As a result of his condition he is unable to scratch. We’re super militant about his cleanliness.
