Moved to Philly for a job and am looking for someone to sublet my sun filled, calm sanctuary of an apartment.

Relaxing fully furnished space in charming Greenpoint, BK. Located right off of Franklin Ave it’s a quiet escape with a quick walk to many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, fitness studios, and parks. It’s right on the water so a perfect location to be on the hot summer days.

I moved to for Philly for a job, looking for someone respectful and clean who in search of a relaxing and cozy stay!

I've been in this spot for almost 3 years and love the building, it’s a brand new calm place to reside when you need a break from the city chaos but close to all of the best Greenpoint has to offer.

Looking for someone who is clean and friendly to stay for the full time but dates are flexible. (ideally 3-month stay minimum) I put a lot of care and energy into my space and the things I’ve collected over the years from my travels and art curations, so someone who appreciates good design and keeping an orderly home is much appreciated.

Also, someone who can water my plants please!
