We are subletting our bright 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor (no elevator) with a big double room salon with a sofa come bed since we will be traveling.

Located on the border of the 17th and 18th arrondissement, our apartment sits just a short walk from the northern edge of Batignolles and a few minutes from Montmartre. The area has a real neighborhood feel with bakeries on the corner, locals sipping coffee at the cafés, and older neighbors chatting in the street. There's plenty of green spaces, restaurants and coffee shops. We can give you a list of our favorite places if you'd like.

You're a 5–10 minute walk from Square des Batignolles, Parc Clichy-Batignolles (Martin Luther King Park), and the shops and cafés of Rue de Lévis. On Saturdays, there's a small, friendly organic market just down the street.

Getting around is easy - Guy Môquet (Line 13) is the closest metro literally around the corner, and Place de Clichy (Lines 2 & 13) is also walkable, giving you fast access to both the Left Bank and the center of Paris.

It’s a calm, lived-in part of the city that’s close to all the good stuff but tucked away enough to feel like a real home.

The apartment:

- Bedroom with bathroom ensuite and big windows facing the courtyard.
- Spacious living room with large dining table and sofa that can be turned into a bed, big classic french windows with all our plants.
- Kitchen with all amenities: induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer machine, kettle, coffee grinder, v60 and aero press coffee brewers, Kitchenaid, Ninja creami (if you know you know).
- French style separate toilet.
- Wifi and danish stereo speakers from the 60's with amp and bluetooth connection.

Hi! We're Signe and Charlie. I'm an architect/designer from Denmark and Charlie is an artist from the US. We lived in Copenhagen before moving to Paris and before that Charlie used to live in New York. We travel a lot to visit family in their respective ends of the world but love to make our home feel like our own special refuge.
