Myrtle Light Studios – Private Artist & Fabrication Studios (Bushwick/Ridgewood)

Myrtle Light Studios is a 42-studio creative building near the Myrtle-Wyckoff L & M trains. The community includes artists, designers, and fabricators working in a range of disciplines. Studios are private and secure, with shared amenities designed to support hands-on creative work.

• Shared slop sink with power-wash nozzle
• Shared garden and alley work areas
• Onsite Mixtape Café, Lucky Chix, and a 24-hour market

• $300 sign-up credit

Studio 1-09 — $1,195/month
Intro rate: $1,095/month for first three months
• 180 sq ft interior with 11 ft ceilings
• Private 8' × 7' patio
• Southwest-facing windows

Studio 2-21 — $795/month
Intro rate: $695/month for first three months
• 150 sq ft
• In-unit slop sink
• Southeast-facing windows

Terms:
• Three-month minimum commitment
• Two full calendar months’ notice required to vacate
• Intended for creative or fabrication use only (no live/work or retail)
• Move-in requires first month plus 1.25× security deposit
