Private studios in a 42-unit creative building with 24/7 access, ADA accessibility, and shared amenities including a slop sink with power wash nozzle, garden space, and alley work area.

• Vacate notice = 2 full calendar months

• 1st month + 1.25x security deposit due at signing

Renovated turn-of-the-century carriage house with private studios featuring skylights, windows, and thoughtful details. This quiet workspace is located upstairs (stair access only), behind a music venue and café.
