My husband and I are the owners of this unique three unit building. We reside here and have a respectful, quiet co-existence with our tenants. We keep the building in excellent condition and consistently keep up with the maintenance. Please no partiers or loud music etc. We will be your point of contact for any concerns or questions and we will show the apartment to eligible applicants.
