We have a spacious, sun-filled apartment on the first-floor of Casa Larissa — a 1930s Spanish Revival with a ton of Hollywood history and very cool neighbors. In addition to a corner bedroom and a balcony that overlooks the Silver Lake hills, we have a dedicated dining room, fully-stocked kitchen with a small breakfast nook, and comfortable living room. We don't have in-unit laundry, but there is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement.

Our apartment is next to the famous Micheltorena Stairs and a very short walk to the main stretch on Sunset Blvd — some of the best food and shopping in LA. Bar Seco, Azizam, The Black Cat, Pine & Crane, Playita Tacos, Night + Market Song, just to name a few. We're happy to be your guides to the neighborhood!

Our dates are somewhat flexible.
