Stay in my 2bdrm apt in Carroll Gardens from Jan 12-31, 2026 (dates somewhat flexible)
The apt is BRIGHT and spacious and located in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The apt is awesome! Very tall ceilings, lots of plants, books, art, record player, and strong A/C and heat in all rooms, and wifi.
The location is amazing! 2 min from the Smith/9th St F or G train, B61 bus to Park Slope is right outside the door, a short walk into Red Hook. You're amidst the best parks, playgrounds, farmers markets, and shops of the Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill neighborhood. The building is industrial looking from the outside (built in 1918), but has modern renovations, a 24hr doorman, laundry room, bike storage room, and small gym.
