I have a really cool cat, Pan. He mostly just hangs and hunts outdoors and does cat things. He likes to be pet while he eats and likes to hang out while I work. The "barnhouse" is beautiful and sits right on a stream/3 acres just up the road from Phoenicia. There is a also a 1920's farmhouse across the driveway that we sometimes rent out but theres a lot of privacy. Looking for someone on a somewhat consistent basis that hopefully has a car/ lives close by. I travel for weddings and have a place in greenpoint and need him to be watched every once in a awhile. The barn house has everything youll ever need, full kitchen, tv room, access to water, a bnig lawn, laundry, a hikle up the back of the road etc.
