PLEASE NOTE: PET CARE REQUIRED FOR THIS SUBLET
Welcome to my charming 1930s north Austin apartment!
This studio/one-bed is tucked up in the trees with natural light flooding through original wrap-around windows. It's part of a 1930s triplex located in the highly walkable North University — just south of trendy Hyde Park.
The area is highly walkable — you're just a short jaunt away from a co-op grocery, some great restaurants, a strip of vintage shops, cool bars, and my favorite bookstore in all of Austin. Even though it's a bustling area, the unit itself is very private and secluded. Kind of the best of both worlds.
Would also need you to care for my two cats (seen in photos), feed them, play with them, change their litter box, get mail, water a few plants, and enjoy this stunning little Texas haven.
