Great place to get away. A perfect base for various Upstate New York experiences, like phenomenal hiking, ice climbing, local event hopping, skiing, or just relax and enjoy nature. If you are looking for a great home (that is truly my family’s “happy place”) that is welcoming, comfortable, spacious, great for families, well stocked and close to everything, please keep this home on your list. If you’re still reading….I promise you will not be disappointed. This home offers great value and is a great space to enjoy with family or friends.
We are close to 4 ski mountains all within 40 minutes drive. Hunter, Windham, Belleayre and Plattekill mountains are all close by.
Great Hiking trails at the end of the street and many within a short drive. (we have local trail maps and books to look for one)
In the summer, try the pool (unheated) and tennis court, sit on the well shaded porch and read, or go to a local festival at Hunter or Woodstock. Belleayre Beach, swimming in the Esopus , Fly fishing, road and mountain biking.
Festivals year round held at at the ski mountains as well as Woodstock.
The towns Phoenicia, Hunter, and Tannersville with many good Restaurants are all very close.

* All adult occupants must complete an application, credit check, background screening, and identity verification
* Applicants must show stable verifiable income and sufficient financial ability to support the full lease term
* Proof of income, employment, bank statements, or proof of funds may be required
* Credit history, rental history, and prior evictions will be reviewed as part of the approval process
* Additional security deposit or prepaid rent may be required based on application strength
* First month’s rent and security deposit due prior to move-in
* No smoking, illegal activity, subletting, or unauthorized occupants permitted
* Pets subject to approval and additional deposit/fees
* Owner reserves the right to approve or deny applicants in accordance with applicable fair housing laws
Cleaning fee at change over of $350.00.
