Hello!

We have a three-bedroom, two-full-bath home in the historic Catskill Village available to house swap.

Specifically - we’re looking for a home to swap with during the week of September 30th, flexible on dates. It’s my partner’s 50th birthday and we’re hoping to get away! We’re open to locations except New York City, we’d love to find a similarly sized house in a fun location (lake, beach, river, domestic or international) to celebrate this occasion!

We’re also open to weekend swaps within 2-3 hours of the Hudson valley for little getaways.

Our home is pet-friendly, walkable to Catskill’s Main Street with great shops and restaurants, and a quick 10-minute drive to Hudson.

The home can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Downstairs, there is a four-season enclosed porch with a day bed and record player, a front living room with a television, full kitchen, back den with a projector set up for movie nights, full bathroom with a shower, and bedroom with a full-sized bed, Peloton, weights and yoga mats.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and television and the other with a queen-size bed and desk, and a full bathroom with a small bathtub.

Outside, we have a cedar hot tub available to enjoy! During the summer we keep it cool as a pool, but we’re happy to heat it with advance notice.

Other information:
The whole house has hardwood floors, and the kitchen is equipped with a brand new range. During your stay, you're more than welcome to use our full pantry to make cooking easier!

There are 4 steps up to get in the front or side doors and a key code to access the house on the side. The home has heaters and AC in every room and google home speaker system. We also have laundry in the basement.

We own our home and have three dogs of our own (all hypo-allergenic) so we're happy to host you and your pet. Ideally we’d like to swap with a pet friendly home for the weekend close by trips so we can bring our dogs and we’ll find dog sitters if we can’t bring them along for the 50th birthday stay.

Georgina works for our local congressman and benefits from knowing all about our surrounding communities so can make great recommendations for excursions during your stay.
