Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, and massive bedroom with en-suite bathroom; upstairs is a second living area for yoga/ workouts/ TV as well as a full bath, second bedroom, and third bedroom/ office (with high quality air mattress available). Excellent, dependable high-speed internet.

Within close proximity to several fabulous towns like Hamden, Franklin, Delhi, and Andes. Plentiful excellent restaurants, great thrifting, galleries, bookstores, hiking, tubing, and more. Happy to provide recommendations and inside tips!

$280 weekends + holidays
$240 weekdays

Yurt Pricing + Info:
Option to add on our Yurt as a Yoga Studio, Writing or Rehearsal Room, or Guest House for only + $100/ night + $60 cleaning fee
$80/ night for weekly stays, and make me an offer for monthly stays.

Yurt is a stunning circular space secluded in the woods. Parking is a 5 minute beautiful wooded walk away. The Yurt has electricity, excellent Wifi, and a compost toilet, as well as a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. There is no running water, but fresh drinking water and water for the wash basin in the bathroom will be provided. Features a Queen bed (or two,) and living room area as well (more pictures available upon request or check out our instagram below) as well as wraparound deck with rocking chairs.
