This adorable lofty bright and airy townhouse is surrounded by trees and totally quiet yet steps from the village and all the amenities. Great for small families, couples, or individuals, with queen bed and sofa for sleeping and chilling upstairs, kitchen and bathroom downstairs with a porch for extended living and dining. Modern furnishings such as a Floyd by Detroit bed, reclaimed wide plank wood floors, and high quality cotton linens. Kitchen is small but efficient with induction burners and suitable cook wear, a broiler oven, crock pot, microwave, etc. Fully tiled bathroom shower. Some would say that this is the most perfect petite getaway. Sofa for xtra sleeper. Not ideal for toddlers.

Weekly availability in December for $500/week plus $120 cleaning fee and deposit. For monthly rentals 50% of 1 month’s rent due to secure rental, additional 50% due no later than 10 days before move in and deposit of $1000 due on or before move in date. Deposit will be returned within 10 days of move out if property is returned as received. We are open to accommodating reasonable requests.
No parties, no smoking, no nonsense.

Pets Policy
Approved dogs welcome for a modest fee to be determined by breed and length of stay.
