Our house in the Catskills is the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and easy access to some of the best ski mountains in the region. Just 15 minutes from both Belleayre and Plattekill, and 30–40 minutes from Windham and Hunter, it’s a great base for winter sports, fall and spring hikes, and seasonal getaways.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with the primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom privately set apart on the second floor. The main floor offers two additional bedrooms and a full bath, making the layout ideal for families or groups who want both togetherness and space.
Tucked away at the end of a quiet road, the house offers privacy while still being part of a vibrant community of both weekenders and full-time residents. Inside, you’ll find a cozy, fully furnished space designed for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mountain retreat.
What makes this property truly unique is a newly built, fully insulated and climate-controlled bunkhouse on the grounds. It’s a flexible space that can be used as a home office, creative studio, or even a spare bedroom for guests.
If you’ve been considering buying your own Catskills home, this rental is a wonderful way to “try before you buy.” Whether you’re skiing, working remotely, or just soaking in the natural beauty, this is a place to slow down and feel at home.
The local area offers so much to explore: art galleries, breweries, cideries, cafés, antiques, and restaurants — we have plenty of recommendations!
We’re a family of three who have loved our Catskills home both as full-time residents and as weekenders. Now based on the West Coast, We’re excited to share it with someone who will enjoy it as much as we have during the fall through spring. We'll return in the summer to enjoy it again alongside our amazing community of neighbors and friends.
