Welcome to my lovely & cozy New York apartment!

It is a very quiet space, with the main window facing the street with double panned windows. You get some pretty good light in the afternoon. It’s on the third floor with elevator. Best suited for a couple wanting to enjoy the Flatiron/Gramercy area, focus on being central walking distance to most key areas while having access to Madison Square Park ( 4 min walk) A ton of coffee shops, CVS, great restaurants (which i am more than welcomed to recommend), Cinema, Target, Whole Foods… within a 5 min walk.

6 train is literally around the corner and R & W is a 7 min walk. There is also the Ferry if you want to get your steps in (12 min) and enjoy some fresh air. So central that you can walk to Soho in 20/25 mins.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, steamer, iron, spices, and Dishwasher!) I even have a yoga mat and some light weights at your disposition.

It’s on the 3rd floor of a elevator building in Flatiron at 27th St. between Lexington and Park Ave.
There is wash and fold around the corner - they are lovely- and prices are good.

There is a medium couch, a comfortable Queen size bed and a full dining table. There is TV. WIFI is included in price so you can stream on your devices.
