It's really just a nice spot at a nice price. It's a transit haven; you're right on top of the 2/3 train, and a quick walk to both the ABCD 125th Street station as well as MNR and the 4/5/6 125th Street Station. Also the M60 will basically pick you up right outside of the apartment and drop you at LGA.

Couple fun building/unit perks: Whole Foods and Trader Joe's is basically across the street. Shared rooftop terrace. Delonghi Truebrew coffee maker for fellow coffee snobs, and a Purple mattress in case your back is as bad as mine. Washer and dryer in building. Happy to answer any other questions you may have.
