The place is flexible for any period during this time, please reach out. My large studio apartment (should be a one bedroom but my landlord knocked down the wall) is available for the summer. Flexible dates (weekly or monthly). My address is Central Park West so I am right across the street from Central Park, great for a relaxing stay.

The space itself it on the first floor but as I'm on the park, sound is never an issue - very quiet and calm and feels like an oasis in the midst of a large city. I have a standing desk, full kitchen, couch, dishwasher, Wi-Fi included! I will still have some of my clothes in the closets / dresses (while clearing out space for your stuff) so looking for someone whoe will be trustworthy, responsible and clean. I have a few plants that need watered once a week as well!

The building has a 24/7 doorman, gym in the basement and laundry in the basement as well. The neighborhood has Central park on one side of the street and Whole foods across the other side of the street. Cross roads are 100th / Central Park West.

I am the subleaser of this building - as this is a nice building, there are a little bit of strict policies but please just do not tell the doorman you are subletting / try to not engage and no packages! :)
