A couple of parameters:
- The house and its premises are smoke free.
- The hallway needs to be free of any items (shoes/scooters etc.).

- The lease will be issued in the name of the people living there and no other people may live there.

- Two sets of keys will be issued - the building entrance key is a security key and cannot be reproduced.
