Located in a three-floor pre-war building at the border between Williamsburg and Greenpoint, this one bedroom is at the very center of the best coffee places, restaurants and shops Brooklyn has to offer. There is no super on site.
The appartment is located on the first floor (no elevator). It is a one bedroom railway appartment with a lot of natural light. Most of the furtnitures in the apartment are swahili style, directly imported from Kenya. The apartment is equipped with wifi, there is no washing machine, but there is a dry cleaner five minutes walk from the appartment.
The space is clean and the building is very quiet. I am looking for somebody who likes to keep the party outside - there is a lot going on in the neighboorhood. Close to the apartment you have two great coffee places, a fantastic butcher shop, two farmers markets on the weekend in MacKarren Park and another park nearby. You have the G and L train 10 minutes from the appartment. If you get a city bike, you can also take the ferry to go to Manhattan from North Williamsburg - my favorite way of transportation in NYC!
I am the tenant of the apartment. I am an international lawyer working at the UN. I live in the apartment and furnished it with my taste.
