Stay in my cute 1 bedroom apartment for the month of April while I’m at a residency. It’s in the heart of the Chinatown gallery district and one of the most fun and dynamic neighborhoods on earth. This renovated walk-up apartment has sleek kitchen and bathroom and plenty of natural light.
This space is great for a very tidy and conscientious individual or couple who will be mindful of taking care of my curated furnishings, plants and decor. There is a cleaner who comes ever two weeks. The laundromat two blocks away offers pickup and delivery or DIY service.
Steps from the F train and a short walk to JMZ or BD. Also close to Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges to walk or bike to Brooklyn. Walk down to East River Park for open space or to hop on Brooklyn-bound ferries.
Cleaning fee and utilities included in rent.
For the right artist, it could be possible to sublet my studio space a few blocks away, as well. Let's talk.
I'm a working artist and brand strategist originally from northern California, living in NYC for most of my adult life. I take a lot of pride in my cute little apartment and would like to sublet it to someone who will respect and enjoy the space as well as this dynamic neighborhood that serves $3 dumplings and $20 cocktails, contemporary art fashion and the best people-watching.
I like to keep my apartment as a refuge from the intensity of the city. It's a relatively quiet building and I expect a sub-letter to respect my neighbors and party at any one of the neighborhood's cool and fun nightlife establishments as opposed to in the apartment.
