Hi there! I own the building with my two sisters. We had a big plan of all living together, but timing didn’t end up working out so we are looking for reliable tenants to enjoy this wonderful building in the heart of Bed-Stuy.

We recently renovated the entire building with the intention of making it feel homey and comfortable.

We do not live on the premises, but we live in Brooklyn so we’re able to quickly help our tenants as needed.
