This charming apartment is in the heart of Woodstock. 5 minutes away from Little and Big Deep, 10 minutes from the town and the beautiful walk at Comeau, 3 minutes away from Thorne Preserve. There are plenty of walks nearby and access to wonderful restaurants, cafes grocery stores, and the works. If you get tired of Woodstock, Kingston is a 15 minute drive where you have community coffee shops like Camp Kingston or Village Coffee. It really is a great location!

The apartment is fully furnished, with tons of closet space for your things. The floors are heated, a great winter treat for your feet! The couch becomes a sofa bed for guests and the apartment can comfortably fit 3 people in the space. I am open to a single person or couple renting. Dates can be flexible so if you want to chat more about it feel free to message me. I am available to show the space at any point over the next weeks so let me know if you’re interested. My preference is for non-smoking, no pets, and people in their 30s+. I value transparency, respect, cleanliness, and communication and prefer that you do too.

There is a dishwasher in the apartment but unfortunately no laundry (there is a laundromat 10 minutes away in Saugerties). Rent includes utilities and furnishings. The apartment is up a flight of stairs in the back of a house so you must be okay with stairs. The deck is beautiful in the mornings and early evenings - and the birds are super talkative.

I’m an artist, in my late 30s, and have been living in Woodstock since this summer. I have a bit of a nomadic life and end up traveling a lot for work, or pleasure, and generally enjoy new people, cultures, ideas, etc. I studied photography but have a more research-based art practice that includes sculpture, multimedia, and soundscapes.

I live a fairly quiet life (I’m a socialized introvert) - I like films, books, food, hiking, and exploring new territories. I enjoy nerding out with quantum science (when I can understand it) and I have a spiritual practice that includes meditation, yoga, and a general investigation into conscious living.
