I truly have an incredible apartment in the best location in the best neighborhood. It's an older apartment in a modernized classic brick building on what is possibly the best corner in the area. It has secured entrance, courtyard, and is walkable to nearly everything you can ask for.

The building itself has an amazing cafe, a fresh pressed juice spot, mini-market, and other shops. It's one block away from LA's second largest park, Elysian Park, where you can hike on hiking trails, picnic, or catch some of LA's best views. It's three blocks away from the Sunset strip where you'll find amazing bars, restaurants, natural grocery stores, and pretty much everything you can ever need including concert venues.

The apartment itself is great! It gets a lot of light, it has everything you need for WFH including a desk, small dining table, the fastest wifi you can get in the area, and a lot of quietness (which is huge). The unit is charming with a twist of mid century furnishings, 42" TV with all of the streaming services you can ask for, record player, an incredibly comfortable bed, and overall pleasantness.

All utilities and wifi are an additional $75!

I'm a filmmaker and producer that mostly works in TV. I've lived in Echo Park for thirteen years at this point and will be the first to tell you it's the best part of LA. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better neighborhood and the building has been fantastic. I've always been orderly, neat, and have taken care of the place really well. I've built great relationships with my neighbors so really looking for someone respectful who will also take care of my space while I'm gone.

I've been having to stay on the east coast for a lengthy period of time so this possibly could go on for longer than June and may even turn into a lease take over. I'm definitely open if it feels right.
