Hi! I’m Anabel Perez (she/her) - a consultant and strategist who splits her time between Rhode Island and New York. I own and manage the property, which I lovingly call my casita. It’s a restored 1812 home that I’ve been bringing back to life room by room.

I’m the landlord and main point of contact for tenants - I live onsite part-time in this unit and personally manage communication, maintenance coordination, and tenant experience. I care a lot about keeping the space warm, organized, and respectful - it’s a home with history, not just a rental.

A bit about me: I’m a people-centered strategist by trade and love a cozy, well-curated home (think candles, vintage finds, and Sunday playlists). I like things to run smoothly and appreciate tenants who treat the space with the same care and calm energy I put into it.

I’ll be the one showing the space and supporting you throughout your stay.

Rental requirements

Rate: $850 per week (utilities and Wi-Fi included)
Type: Fully furnished short-term stay

1. Application & Documentation
- Completed short-stay rental application (one per adult occupant)
- Valid government-issued ID
- Proof of income or verification of ability to pay (e.g., employment letter, pay stub, or recent statement)
- Reference from prior landlord or host preferred

2. Payment & Deposit
- $850 weekly rent, due each Friday (or as agreed)
- $500 security deposit required to confirm booking (refundable within 7 days of checkout if no damage or outstanding balance)
- First week’s rent and security deposit due before move-in
- No application fee

3. Stay Terms
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Maximum stay: 2 months (renewable upon mutual agreement)
- Utilities, Wi-Fi, and trash included
- No subletting or third-party bookings (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo)

4. House Rules
- No smoking or vaping inside the unit
- No parties, events, or unregistered guests
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
- Keep outdoor spaces clean
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly in designated bins
- Notify the landlord immediately of any maintenance issues
- Respect the home and neighbors - this is a historic property and should be treated with care

5. Check-In / Check-Out
