The apartment is near Clementine Bakery to the west (.3 miles) and Joloff to the east (.2 miles). Playground Coffee is on the block and For all Good Things is around the corner.
The building is a 6-unit brownstone.
Easy connections by subway: G at Bedford/Nostrand (.3 miles) + AC at Franklin (.4 miles) and bus to anywhere in the city. CityBike is also a half block away.
