Gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment in historical Brooklyn brownstone located in the heart of Williamsburg on a quiet street.

We are a couple in our mid and late 30s who is looking for someone to look after our apartment while we are away. We’ve spent time curating the space and would love for someone to enjoy the space and treat it like their own!

The apartment has a bright primary bedroom with a vintage desk that is great for working from home. We also love popping over to the Hoxton Hotel, a 10 minute walk, to co work in a chic setting. The second bedroom is smaller but arguably has the cozier bed.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would ever need to make any meal as we are big cookers (and eaters.)

The living room / dining room is cozy and situated with a frame TV.

Just a short 10 min walk to L,J,M,Z trains and just one stop away from Manhattan!
A couple blocks distance to the East River, Domino Park, Historic Peter Luger’s Steakhouse. Bars, lounges, gyms, dog parks, Bedford Str, Trader Joe’s etc.

No pets, no parties.
