My spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is available to sublet.

This is a charming space with a lot of character: moldings, built-ins, wainscoting, hardwood floors and antique furniture.

There's a bedroom, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, and living room/study with a great desk/Aeron chair set-up if you need to work from home. The living room can be used as a bedroom. As a ground floor apartment, it stays naturally cool in the summer.

There's also a private backyard which you'll have to yourself. (Grill included.) Perfect for hosting or lounging.

The building is right on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy. (It's a ten minute walk to the Franklin C and Classon G.) No roommates.

I'll be gone from June 11 to July 1, but my dates are flexible if need be.

Looking for $750/week, but can also work out a daily rate depending on the length of your stay.
