I am looking for someone to sublet the front unit of a duplex that is an ideal place if your are looking for a beautiful, fully furnished house located near Silver Lake and just minutes from great restaurants, coffee shops, stores and more!
The home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with an upgraded kitchen & bathroom. There's lots of natural light and you have a large, private gated patio in front of the unit. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, which makes having a private patio amazing. The unit is gated with private parking, so you'll have a calm place to relax when at home. The unit is also dog friendly, depending on age and training.
Square footage includes patio, but the unit is 800-850 square feet I believe. The place needs to be rented for at least 31 days, but if you can only do shorter I'm open to chatting to see if an option exists.

I'm an early 40s tech professional that owns a duplex. I'm very low key and care a lot about the front unit's comfort, so I make sure not to be too noisy myself. I'm also available and onsite for any questions.

If you're interested in renting it, you would need to sign a short-term rental agreement, allow a credit check and pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
Pets Policy
Dogs are allowed depending on age and temperament. You will have a private entrance to the property, so my only real hangup is dogs that cause property damage.
