If you're not familiar with the El Sereno neighborhood, it's just south of South Pasadena (less than 10 minute drive), just east of Lincoln Heights.
We're tucked in to a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Our neighbors are respectful and we hope to find someone who is also quiet!
