Short term rental of a private furnished three-bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor of an owner occupied building. Located on Metropolitan Avenue, close to the Lorimer L / G train stop, which can take you into Manhattan in just 2 stops!

Weekly stays are $1700 + $150 cleaning fee.
Shorter stays are $250 per night + $150 cleaning fee.
Monthly stays have no cleaning fee.

The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses for a comfortable sleep and the kitchen is fully stocked (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc).
The apartment was lightly renovated in 2025 but still retains a lot of its old Brooklyn townhouse charm, with pine wood floorboards and original moldings.
Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one room has a very comfortable twin bed. All have AC and triple glazed windows. We provide bedsheets, comforters and a blanket for each bedroom, as well as towels.
There is a cozy living room with a large TV with Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max. High speed internet is also included in the rent!
The kitchen is stocked with a range, oven, microwave. It also features a dishwasher and a dining area. We provide plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.
The full bathroom has a bathtub and is well stocked with essentials and towels.
We are looking for tenants that respect quiet times / don’t hold ragers as we live downstairs with our young family (we are respectful with noise ourselves).

We are a family of 4 that also live downstairs in this 2- family building. Vanessa is an afterschool teacher from Spain, Ryan is a designer who works in tech, and our two girls don't work much, but we give them a pass as they're 8 and 10 years old.
