We're looking for someone to sublet our calm & cozy furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath house while we are away. This is a standalone house with a small fenced-in yard, including comfy outdoor furniture and an outdoor table.

About This Lister

We are subletting our home while I'm traveling for cancer treatment, so we are looking for someone exceptionally respectful of our space. We rent from our landlord, who is always on call for emergencies or anything that needs fixing, and who will come by to water the hedge 1-2 times a week (depending on rain).
