We have a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms ~ the laundry mat is right across the street.

There are three of us living here now and cohabitate intrinsically well because we share the same living standards and have compatible relationships which allow us to share this home together for the long run. Our apartment is uncluttered, we recycle and keep the space tidy and clean.

This bedroom is charming, has two big windows and gets sprinkles of sunlight throughout the day. It has a large closet with selves for upper storage too.

One block away from Inwood Hill Park and a short distance to Fort Tryon Park and the Met Cloisters.

Served by 207th street A-line station - and a ten minute walk to the 207th street station 1-line.

Wi-fi, electricity bills are shared and not included in rent. Paid on a month-to-month basis.

My name is Jessica I am in my 30's and I am in school! There are two other individuals sharing this apartment with me and their names are Jeremy and Geordie. Jeremy is a poet and works a day job mostly from home and has a wonderful collection of books and music. Geordie is our guru and works as a therapist and shoots hoops nearly every morning year round.

This small building has been a sanctuary for those who have lived here. It's often been said it's the best place they have lived in NYC and feels like home. I lived here for the most part of the last nine years and shared this home with other long term tenants. Hope it can be the same for you!
