The location can’t be beat - cross streets are N7 and Wythe Ave. One block from the waterfront and the 5th Street pier, 5 min walk to the Bedford L, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and tons of bars, restaurants and shopping.

The unit is located in a second floor walk up, no elevator. There is only one other unit occupied in the building so it is a small and quiet building. The apartment is very spacious and has a rooftop that is accessible only from this unit.
