I will be traveling in Jan/Feb and looking to sublease my apartment while I am away. The 1BR/1BA apartment is located in prime Williamsburg, Dates are flexible, both short term and long term available - feel free to reach out with questions and your preferred dates.

This location can’t be beat! Cross streets are N7 and Wythe Ave. One block from the waterfront and the 5th Street pier, 5 min walk to the Bedford L, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and tons of bars, restaurants and shopping. Easy access to anything you would need. You will fall in love with the neighborhood!

The unit is located in a quiet 3 story building with only one other unit occupied. This is a pre-war walk up, no elevator building. There is also no washer/dryer in the building but the nearest laundromat is only a 5 min walk.

The apartment is charming and comfortable with lots of plants and beautiful exposed brick, high ceilings and lots of windows with really good light throughout the day. There is also a rooftop (featured in photos) that is accessible by door from this unit. No parties or loud gatherings due to the proximity to the other neighbors.

I’m 34F, originally from Miami and have been living in Williamsburg for 3 years. I work remote in clinical research, so I spend a lot of time at home and like to keep my space very clean and tidy. I have a small long haired dachshund named Stella that I am always out and about with. The neighborhood has a lot of traffic on the weekend days but otherwise is pretty quiet. My favorite thing about living here is how close you are to the water and so many beautiful parks! You are also in the middle of everything in WB, the location is so convenient to everything you need. The L train is right down the street and only a short 10 minute train ride gets you into the city.
