Hello future guests! My partner and I welcome you to our humble Parisien apartment in what is the most authentic, lively neighborhood in Paris.

Our 50sqm home, also our primary residence, is located on the first floor. It has all you need for a cozy stay including necessities for cooking, fridge and freezer, washing machine and hanging rack, hot water for showers and dishes, and all necessary kitchen items including blender, electric kettle and all utensils.

The apartment is a one bedroom with a spacious living area. The apartment can sleep 2 comfortably with a large double bed (Queen size) in the bedroom. And another small double mattress on a mezzanine.

Our home has a cozy feel decorated with plants, rugs, and our favorite art. We hope you feel at home during your stay as well. There is of course a dining room table and a desk with a large monitor should you need to work on your stay.

About the location:

Located in what many say is their favorite district in Paris, we are located directly above the Goncourt metro in the heart of the lively 10th / 11th Arrondisement. You are a 5 to 10 minute walk from dozens of cafes, bars, restaurants at your fingertips. Also, the best Asian food in Paris (Belleville) and plenty of local, authentic shopping at vintage, 2nd hand, and numerous book stores.

About This Lister

My partner Camille and I are a young working couple here in Paris. I am American, from Florida, and she is from the French countryside in Burgundy. We met in our masters program in the Netherlands, and over the past 3 years have lived in Nepal, Australia, and now in Paris. We love learning from new cultures, be it in our home countries or abroad. Our passions are sport and youth education for me, culinary arts and cinema for Camille, and of course a shared passion for sustainable living.
