I'll be out of town for a month over the Christmas holidays and my super bright and cozy two-bedroom home in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, will be available from December 12th to January 10th, 2026.
The apartment is on the second floor (just a few steps up the stoop) of a four-story town house, on a beautiful and quiet residential street, a block away from the Myrtle-Willoughby G subway stop. It's only a 20-minute subway ride to Union square, and it's easy to get to different part of Manhattan by taking the G + other trains (L, A, E, F, M, 7.)
It's a two bedroom with a queen size bed in one room and a sofa bed in the home office, so it can host up to four people comfortably. It is if filled with natural light and has all the appliances, including dishwasher, washer and dryer, heating/AC, and a gorgeous deck.
This is our home, so the place is furnished but we will make space in the closet for you to hang your things.
In the heart of Bed-Stuy, it's close to groceries, lovely cafés, a park (Herbert Von King) and many of Brooklyn’s finest restaurants and bars! Would be happy to share a list of recommendations.
If you’re interested, please contact me directly for more details!
I'm an Italian journalist, producer and filmmaker based in New York for 15 years. I have living in this apartment with my husband for the last eight years and we have loved every minute of our life in Bed-Stuy!
We are on very good terms with our neighbors and would like anyone who sublets our place to respect them and not throw parties.
We're interested in subletting for the entire month, but happy to receive inquiries for shorter term (10 days minimum.) We will organize an in person or virtual meeting to talk to potential subletters. We will need 50% of the total amount wired upfront, and 50% upon move in date.
