Welcome to New Orleans! My space is a very large one bedroom apartment a half-block off of St. Charles Avenue in the Garden District, two blocks from Commanders Palace and Jackson Avenue. The historic home was converted to apartments many years ago and my apartment occupies most of the second floor - think of it like a quiet, bright, charming treehouse apartment.

It’s very convenient to all areas of the city, is right on the St. Charles streetcar line, and in close walking distance to Magazine Street where you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants, and shops.

The space has a king bed in the bedroom, lots of seating, including a chaise in the sunroom (my favorite spot), and new appliances. Plus a pink bathroom!

I’m open to longer-term rentals only, please don’t reach out for anything shorter than 30 days.
