The neighbors are all courteous, quiet, and respectful; we ask that you be the same. The apartment is neat, clean, and trouble-free. Great neighborhood to explore, shop, eat, and drink, but we have plenty of music, movies, and books that will tempt you to stay indoors. Pets are not allowed; (no smoking inside).

Efficient kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils a home chef will need. Sub-Zero refrigerators/freezer, DeLonghi stove/oven, GE microwave, Cuisinart blender and toaster, Braun drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine. (Sorry, no dishwasher.)
