I’m subletting my charming, small furnished two bedroom in Brooklyn Heights on the most beautiful block while I’m traveling for work.

This apartment is on a quiet and picturesque block, just a 2-minute walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park. It’s on the second floor (no elevator) in a historic building with a European feel.
Perfect for one or two people. First bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom is an office but it has a daybed and can be used as a bedroom.
Ideal location situated between a few great neighborhoods. Close to fun bars and cafes, bakeries, bookstores and more.
A/C unit in bedroom. Fan in office/2nd bedroom. No dishwasher. TV in office. Laundromat directly downstairs.
Subways: 10 minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, 5, R trains

$300 security deposit plus $150 cleaning fee. (All utilities are included.)
