Charming large 1-bed /1.5-ba garden apartment in the heart of Nopa

We are seeking a short term renter for our 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath garden apartment in the heart of NOPA. It’s a special, quiet space, in one of the most charming neighborhoods in San Francisco.

The apartment has been renovated and sports a kind of cabin-in-the-city feel, with wood paneled walls, natural stone countertops, lots of open shelving, onsite laundry, a new refrigerator, and radiant flooring in the primary bathroom, which, if you’ve never had it, will ruin you for regular flooring for the rest of your life.

You’ll have direct access to a shared back-yard with a single person in their 60s who lives on the second floor and a family of four that lives on the third floor.

This place is ideal for someone who’s single and looking for a quiet, lovely, home in the heart of the city. It also works well for a couple. There’s no garage, but there’s street parking throughout the neighborhood. There’s also plenty of transit nearby, and the location is well-oriented to get downtown, to the beach, or to high-tail it out of the city for weekends away from it all. You’ll be within two blocks of two great grocery stores, a range of excellent coffee, fantastic restaurants, and some of our favorite locally owned businesses in the city. It’s a good part of the world and it, like our place, has a lot of heart.

We’re very focused on making sure we feel we have a good connection and clear-communication with whomever lives there. We want it to provide both a space to rest your head and feel at home during the time you’re there and for us to feel like a place that used to be our home is being treated with love and care.

We're a designer and photographer, a boy and a dog, living in Mill Valley. We've been renting the apartment for a few years but previously lived on there for 13. We're looking for a short term renter(s) as we prepare to sell and begin a new chapter.
